I’m Kat – your classic twenty-something Aussie exploring the world as every other Aussie does 🙂
Half Anglo-Aussie and half Italian, I recently moved to London from Melbourne for a new life change! I’m an adventure seeker, good food eater, even better wine drinker who enjoys writing a word or two. I’m also more often than not found behind the lens of a film camera than in front of it (hence the blurry car mirror photo). I love everything about shooting on 35mm film – the grain of the photos, the way the colour appears in the final images and the anticipation of getting a new roll developed. I’m also currently shooting on my Dad’s old film camera which he used when he traveled the world which I think makes for a nice connection.
Join me as I travel as much as my measly budget allows and make plenty of mistakes on the journey. I hope you see a pretty picture or two and maybe a helpful recommendation.
